Fluent is a technology platform that helps users understand laboratory test results through structured presentation and educational insights. Fluent is not a medical provider and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or clinical care.
Fluent is a brand operated by Mochi Health Private Limited, a company incorporated in Singapore ("we," "us," or "our").
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
3. Nature of the Service
Fluent provides tools to view, organize, and interpret laboratory test results for educational purposes only. Content and insights provided through the Service are not medical advice and should not be relied upon as such.
You should consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical questions or decisions.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
5. Laboratory Results
With your authorization, Fluent may receive laboratory test results directly from partner laboratories and display them in your account. Fluent does not control laboratory testing processes or the accuracy of laboratory results.
6. Use of Artificial Intelligence
Fluent uses automated and AI-based systems to process laboratory data and generate educational explanations and insights. These outputs are provided for educational purposes only and should not be relied upon as medical advice.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and materials provided through the Service are owned by or licensed to Fluent and may not be copied or used without permission.
9. Termination
Fluent may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Fluent makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the Service.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fluent shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
12. Payment and Subscription
Some Fluent services are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize Fluent to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate unless canceled before renewal. You may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting us at care@fluent.ph. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Except as stated in these Terms, subscription fees are non-refundable, and no refunds are provided for unused time after cancellation.
13. Refunds
Fees paid to Fluent are non-refundable once laboratory testing has been ordered or services have commenced.
If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue, please contact us at care@fluent.ph. We may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
